DemCallMiSaku Peppers & Sauce started in the garden—literally. We’re obsessed with growing peppers (especially Scotch Bonnets), learning what the soil teaches, and turning harvest into sauces that actually taste like something; bright, smoky, fruity, deep, and unapologetically bold.

Everything we make is built around one idea: from soil to sauce. We grow what we can, source what we can’t, and keep our batches small so the flavors stay real.
