DemCallMiSaku Peppers & Sauce started the same way a lot of good things do, with a few plants, a lot of curiosity, and hands in the dirt.

What began as a love for growing peppers quickly turned into an obsession with gardening, homesteading, seed saving, food preservation, and creating bold, flavorful pepper sauces from ingredients we grow ourselves. From Scotch Bonnets and specialty peppers to seasonal harvests, we believe food tastes better when you know its story.

Based in North Carolina, DemCallMiSaku is more than a sauce brand. We're a growing community of gardeners, pepper lovers, homesteaders, content creators, and lifelong learners who believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow something with their own hands.

Our small-batch pepper sauces are inspired by Caribbean flavors, garden-fresh ingredients, and a love for heat that doesn't sacrifice flavor. Bright. Smoky. Fruity. Bold. The kind of sauce that starts conversations and keeps people coming back for another bottle.
